Artist Jane Helslander’s work can currently be seen in the International Terminal at DFW, though it might be hard to fully appreciate if you’re late for a flight (she designed a terrazzo floor medallion which mimics the sensation of “walking on water and creating ripples”). If you’d rather avoid secuirty checkpoints, however, Helslander’s newest exhibit, Field Presence, can currently be seen at William Campbell Contemporary Art, 4935 Byers Ave. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays.
